30 days of Pinterest, Day 4

After cleaning out my guest room for the past few days,I found a few things that I had forgotten about and it inspired me to do something with it.

I bought this cork board from the thrift store a while back for $2.00 and today when I found it I felt like a found a deal all over again. I remembered seeing these little gems the other day on Pinterest and I automatically knew what I wanted to do.

 

 

So I started out with this plain and boring cork board and I began taping and painting..

A little more painting..

 

This was a fairly simple project, probably took me a total of 30 minutes including drying time but it was fun and I am pretty pleased with it!
